Tables
We are currently offering 2 sizes of tables: Single and Double. Please let us know which table size you require in your application.
Single Table

Double Table
£175
(please note; each table size will consist of smaller tables that are 60cm wide by 90cm long. Single tables will have 2 of these small tables and Double tables will have 4 small tables)
There is a limited number of tables available and so we cannot guarantee a Double table will be available for everyone that would like one. These will be managed on a case by case basis. You will be notified on what size of table you have been allocated in the email we will send you if your application is successful.
Chairs will be provided. Access to a power supply is not guaranteed (please let us know in your application if you require power).
The cost of your table includes admission to the convention for the full weekend.
If you would like to bring someone to help you manage your table there will be an entrance fee of £50 per helper. Single tables can have a maximum of 1 helper, whilst double tables can have up to 3 helpers.
Payment information
We will not take payment from you until after you have received an email from us notifying you about your successful application. In this email there will be a link to pay for your allocated table size.
Payment must be paid in full no later than one month after you have received the email from us approving your application. Payments must be made with credit/debit card or PayPal. Cash will not be accepted.
Sharing tables
If you would like to share a table with another stallholder, please let us know in your application. Both stallholders must provide each other’s names in their applications.
Shared tables will cost the full amount of the allocated table size + 1 helper (eg; for a small table, £100 + £50).
If both applications are accepted, one person must be nominated to be lead stallholder for the shared table. They will be responsible for paying for the full table cost, responding to emails from DinoCon, obtaining insurance covering both parties, and will be liable for any incidents during the convention.
Subletting and/or sharing your table is not permitted after applications have been approved.
Insurance
All stallholders must have Public Liability Insurance cover which is active throughout the duration of DinoCon. Evidence of cover must be given to DinoCon after your application is approved, no later than one month before the event. Failure to provide evidence of Public Liability Insurance cover will result in your table being forfeit without refund.
